They will get in touch with you quickly to see how they can help. You are not obliged to use any of them or their services, but at least you now have some options.

And by the way, we have kept a note of your contact details and we may write to you to ask you how it went in the coming months. We never use your contact details for any other purpose and we will never pass your details to anyone at all (unless of course we are required by law). All records of you will be deleted completely in any case after ninety days.
